Experience managing diverse marketing channels including website, social media, and enterprise campaigns. 7+progressive experience in marketing with a focus on digital and integrated marketing. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Industries like SaaS, BFSI, fintech, insurance, startup MBA / PG in Marketing or related field preferred.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Digital Marketing to lead our integrated marketing initiatives and drive impactful digital strategies. This role combines leadership, innovation, and hands-on expertise to elevate our brand presence and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across website, social media, and digital platforms.
- Lead enterprise marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business growth.
- Drive ROI-focused campaigns with a demand generation mindset and digital-first approach.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness and optimize for continuous improvement.
