POSITION SUMMARY
The Area Sales Manager – Bangalore / Chennai will be responsible for driving and managing the secured lending business ( Home Loans, Affordable Housing Loans, and Loan Against Property ) across Karnataka, based out of Bangalore. The role requires strong expertise in DSA and Direct sourcing channels , deep knowledge of the Karnataka market, and legal aspects related to property transactions. The incumbent must have over 8 years of relevant experience in secured lending with banks or reputed NBFCs, along with proven leadership capabilities to manage teams and business operations. Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is essential.
