About the Role :

At Naavu School, the front desk is the heart of our hospitality. As the Front Desk Receptionist , you’ll be the first face every student, parent, guest, and team member encounters. We are looking for someone who is warm, organized, and professional — someone who makes every interaction welcoming and efficient.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist parents, students, staff, and visitors with courtesy and care
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins with prompt communication
• Coordinate appointments, visitor logs, and daily entry processes
• Support administrative duties including managing mail, courier, and documents
• Maintain front office cleanliness, supplies, and notice boards
• Provide accurate information about the school, admission process, and events
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of communication
