Job description :
- Assist the Lean Management Team in mapping, documenting, and improving business processes.
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
- Support process improvement, automation, and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare SOPs, dashboards, and process flowcharts for various functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor improvements.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement programs.
Candidate profile :
Educational Qualification : Any degree0 to 1 year of experience in process, quality, or data-driven roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.Basic understanding of Lean / Six Sigma / Process Improvement concepts (preferred).Excellent communication and documentation skills.What we offer?
