Job Overview

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Guidewire Conversion Data Developer to support the successful migration of data into the Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter). You'll work on transforming and loading legacy data into Guidewire systems while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for migrating data into Guidewire applications.
• Write efficient SQL scripts, ETL jobs, and data transformation logic to convert data from legacy systems.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA to understand data mapping specifications and conversion rules.
• Work with the Guidewire Conversion APIs and Integration Points to load data into Guidewire entities.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and deduplication as needed.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with business rules.
• Support mock conversions, dry runs, and production cutovers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data load failures or inconsistencies.
• Document conversion logic, transformation rules, and technical data flow diagrams.
• Provide ongoing support during UAT and post-production stabilization phases.
