Creative director

We’re looking for a seasoned Creative Director to lead our design and creative production function — someone who blends strategic thinking, hands-on creative direction, and strong leadership to deliver world-class digital experiences.

• Oversee end-to-end creative and design process
• Review and approve key creative outputs before client delivery
• Lead ideation, campaign concepts, and brand direction
• Collaborate with copy, tech, and account teams to align messaging and design
• Contribute to new business pitches with strategic and creative inputs
• Serve as the primary custodian of creative quality for assigned clients
• Ensure design and creative solutions align with business goals and brand strategy
• Lead and mentor designers, upgrading skill levels and ideation standards
• Collaborate with account management and business heads on strategy and delivery
• Participate in planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
• Drive innovation by integrating emerging tools, tech, and design trends
• Maintain high creative standards while balancing speed and efficiency
