About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
Lead Design Verification Engineer
with
6+ years of experience
in DDR4 and DDR5 technologies. This role offers the opportunity to lead verification efforts for cutting-edge memory subsystems, collaborate with global teams, and drive innovation in high-performance SoC design.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design verification activities for DDR4 / DDR5 memory controllers and PHY.
Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans, testbenches, and coverage models.
Drive UVM-based verification methodology for complex SoC designs.
Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, and validation teams to ensure first-pass silicon success.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and team growth.
Identify gaps in verification and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of hands-on experience
in design verification, with strong expertise in DDR4 / DDR5 protocols.
Proficiency in
SystemVerilog, UVM, and verification methodologies .
Solid understanding of
SoC architecture, memory subsystems, and high-speed interfaces .
Experience with
simulation, debugging, and coverage-driven verification .
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
