We are looking for an experienced API Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST API design, and database management . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and integrations. Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus , and GraphQL will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot .
• Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, and product managers to define and deliver robust backend solutions.
• Implement and maintain database schemas , queries, and stored procedures for high-performance data access.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Integrate messaging or event-driven systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus .
• Contribute to the design and development of GraphQL APIs (optional but preferred).
• Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and version control (Git).
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions.
