We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Executive to ensure our client relationships are managed smoothly and our onboarding processes are flawless.

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive CRM Executive to manage our customer database and oversee the client onboarding lifecycle using Zoho CRM .

In this role, you will be the bridge between our Sales and Operations teams. Your primary goal is to ensure that once a client says "yes," their data is accurately captured, legal agreements are signed, KYC is verified, and their journey with us begins seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding & Documentation

  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process immediately after a deal is closed.
  • Collect and verify mandatory KYC documents (ID proofs, company registration, etc.) to ensure compliance before releasing equipment.
  • Generate and process Rental Agreements within Zoho CRM (or integrated tools like Zoho Sign).
  • Coordinate with the logistics / inventory team to confirm stock availability for new orders.

2. Zoho CRM Management

  • Maintain a clean and up-to-date database of leads, contacts, and accounts in Zoho CRM .
  • Update deal stages and ensure all client interactions are logged accurately.
  • Create and manage workflows to automate renewal reminders and invoice generation.
  • Generate weekly reports on onboarding status, active rentals, and upcoming renewals.
  • 3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for existing clients regarding account queries or contract modifications.
  • Follow up on monthly rental renewals and payment collections.
  • Address customer grievances or service requests and route them to the technical support team when necessary.
  • Requirements

  • Experience : 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, Sales Support, or Operations role.
  • Technical Skills : Proven experience using Zoho CRM is mandatory. Familiarity with Zoho Books or Zoho Sign is a strong plus.
  • Industry Knowledge : Experience in the B2B service, IT hardware, or Rental / Leasing industry is preferred.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English / Hindi).
  • Soft Skills : High attention to detail (crucial for verifying rental contracts and KYC) and strong organizational skills.
