Key Responsibilities

Staff Management : Supervise train mentor and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals.

Sales and Performance : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Customer Service : Ensure exceptional customer service handle complaints and inquiries and build customer loyalty.

Inventory Control : Monitor and manage stock levels conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with the purchasing team for replenishment.

Merchandising & Presentation : Oversee the presentation of merchandise maintain high standards of visual display and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.

Operations : Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Reporting & Analysis : Monitor sales performance analyze sales data and reports and collaborate with management on strategies.

Required Qualifications

Experience : Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail preferably jewellery sector.

Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead manage and motivate a team.

Sales Acumen : Strong sales background with a track record of achieving targets.

Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Industry Knowledge : Understanding of jewellery products market trends and the competitive landscape.

Operational Skills : Knowledge of inventory management visual merchandising and retail operations.

Desirable Skills

Proficiency with retail software point-of-sale (POS) systems and CRM software.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
