Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager - Sales, based in Bengaluru. The General Manager will oversee sales operations, guide the team in achieving business targets, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role involves managing a team, developing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and driving overall business growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales and General Management with a strong ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve targets.
Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a client-focused approach and timely issue resolution.
Demonstrated skill in Team Management to lead, mentor, and motivate teams effectively.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in the real estate sector or a related field is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
