Role Description :

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in Ahmednagar.
• The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring insurance agents.
• Daily tasks include developing and executing strategies for business growth, driving sales targets, monitoring agent performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• The manager will also work on building strong relationships with agents and clients and conducting market research to identify opportunities for expansion..
• Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents to build a productive sales team.
• Drive business growth through agency channel by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor and support agents in generating new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for improving productivity.
• Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI regulations, and ethical business practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Motivate and engage agents through incentive programs and recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate with branch and regional teams for smooth business operations.
