We’re Hiring! HR Manager – Gabru Di Chaap, Hyderabad

Gabru Di Chaap — one of India’s fastest-growing North Indian QSR chains — is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a passionate Human Resources professional to join our team in Hyderabad.

What you’ll do :

✨ Lead end-to-end HR operations

✨ Drive recruitment for outlet staff & corporate roles

✨ Build strong training, culture & performance management practices

✨ Support expansion and workforce planning as we scale across India

✨ Manage payroll and compliance

Who we’re looking for :

• 3–6 years HR experience (F&B / QSR / Retail experience is a big plus)
• Strong communication & people skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup environment
• Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate

Location : Hyderabad (On-site role)

Compensation : Rs 40,000 - Rs 50,000 p.m
