Content Creator & Editor - Video (Beauty & Makeup)

Job Overview :

We’re looking for a talented Content Creator & Editor who lives and breathes beauty, social media, and storytelling. You’ll create dynamic, trend-led videos that reflect our brand’s aesthetic - from snappy Reels and campaign edits to social-first visuals that feel native to platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

You should have an  editor’s precision  and a  creator’s instinct  - someone who understands what makes beauty content scroll-stopping, emotionally engaging, and brand-aligned.

Key Responsibilities :

Shoot, edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, visually compelling videos for social media, campaigns, ads, and website content.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute content ideas that feel authentic and on-trend.

Add music, motion, transitions, effects, and captions to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.

Repurpose long-form and raw footage into short-form, platform-optimized edits (Reels, YouTube Shorts).

Maintain brand tone and aesthetic across all content (aesthetics to typography)

Stay ahead of beauty, editing, and social trends; proactively suggest new formats, transitions, and effects.

Manage video files, project timelines, and deliverables efficiently across multiple campaigns.

Requirements :

2–3 years  of hands-on video editing experience in  beauty, fashion, or lifestyle  content (brand, agency, or creator side).

Expert proficiency in  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or VN .

Deep understanding of  beauty content trends , product visuals, lighting, and social media storytelling.

Proven experience editing  short-form, high-performance content  for Instagram and YouTube.

Strong sense of pacing, music sync, and aesthetic detail — you know what “feels right” for beauty content.

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment.

Bonus Skills :

Knowledge of  AI video tools  (Runway, Pika, Sora, etc.) for cleanup or creative enhancement.

Basic  motion graphics or animation  skills.

Experience directing or shooting small-scale beauty or UGC-style shoots.

Familiarity with  influencer and UGC content styles  in the beauty industry.
