Are you a LinkedIn storyteller who can turn strategy into scroll-stopping content?

At WINGS , we’re a team of creatives, strategists, and designers who help brands stand out — and now we’re looking for a LinkedIn Specialist to help us do the same.

What You'll Do :

Craft and execute LinkedIn strategies to grow our agency’s presence and authority.

Manage and optimize our company LinkedIn page and leadership profiles.

Create visually engaging and thought-provoking content : posts, carousels, and articles that reflect our creative edge.

Collaborate with our design and content teams to bring brand stories to life.

Run and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.) to generate qualified leads.

Monitor engagement metrics, track performance, and turn data into actionable insights.

Stay on top of the latest LinkedIn and creative marketing trends and experiment boldly.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

2+ years of experience managing LinkedIn pages or campaigns, ideally in a creative, marketing, or B2B environment .

A knack for storytelling and writing compelling, professional content.

Strong understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager , analytics, and audience growth tactics.

Creative flair with an eye for design and branding.

A proactive, data-driven mindset you love testing ideas and measuring results.

Good To Have :

Experience working with design or creative agencies.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for post visuals.

Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing funnels, or lead generation strategies.

LinkedIn Marketing Certification or related credentials.
