Roles and Responsibilities

Manage store look in the Cluster by adhering to VM guidelines and Mockshop

Develop Vendor Base within specified financial norms

  • Manage Vendor relationships
  • Train and develop VM resources in the zone
  • Have a complete understanding of regional festivals and flavor

and initiate / Adapt VM in the stores accordingly.

Identify VM initiatives for slow moving / excess stock

  • Liaise with HO Store Operations and Visual Merchandising

    • team

  • Adhere to VM guidelines and Mockshop
  • Effective use and maintenance of VM equipment and display

    • aids and in store communications / graphics

  • Closure of layouts with change in season
  • Execute major campaigns conceived at the HO
  • Conceptualize independent initiatives relevant to customer

    Knowledge of Photoshop / Adobe / CAD, Store Layout and

    Fixtures

    • Experience :

    4 + years experience in VM, store design and Planograming (Apparel)
