• Experience in managing any of the Merchandising systems (Oracle Retail RMS), Assortment planning, Merchandise financial planning, SAS Size Optimization / Pack Optimization, BY / JDA Allocation, Forecasting and Replenishment tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams, stake holder management, creating project status reports and presenting project leadership
