Role Overview
We’re seeking an Ads Creative who blends storytelling, strategy, and visual craft to produce performance-driven ad content across Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Creative Concept & Production
- Develop ad concepts and storyboards that bring Nanobag’s brand values and unique selling points.
- Write engaging scripts and captions for short-form videos, UGC, and motion ads.
- Coordinate production (shooting, editing, or briefing creators) to deliver high-quality content.
- Repurpose assets for multiple formats — Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and static ads.
2. Performance & Iteration
Collaborate with the media buying team to test, analyze, and iterate on creative concepts.Track ad performance data to identify what resonates and optimize future creatives.Continuously A / B test hooks, thumbnails, visuals, and CTAs to drive conversions.3. Brand & Messaging Consistency
Ensure all content aligns with Nanobag’s tone, aesthetic, and sustainability-driven story.Maintain a cohesive visual language across all paid and organic campaigns.Adapt creatives for different markets while preserving the core brand identity.Must include portfolio in bio.
