Evocs India is seeking an accomplished Director - Talent Acquisition with significant experience leading global recruitment strategy. This role demands robust expertise in IT and services-based RPO delivery, proven skills in scaling teams in India, and deep knowledge of sourcing talent for US markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide global talent acquisition strategy, driving high-volume and executive recruiting across US and India markets.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and sourcing for US-based roles, ensuring compliance with international requirements and delivering top-tier technical and professional talent.
- Manage, coach, and scale high-performing recruitment teams across India for global delivery.
- Design and drive scalable frameworks, leveraging global talent mapping, ATS / CRM tools, analytics, and RPO best practices.
- Partner directly with senior stakeholders, business heads, global HR, and client leadership to forecast, plan, and meet hiring objectives.
- Deliver continuous improvement through data-driven insights, automation, and optimized sourcing strategies.
- Champion employer branding, inclusive candidate experiences, and global workforce diversity.[4]
- Mentor and develop mid-level leaders in both global and local settings, ensuring operational and cultural alignment between teams.
Required Skills and Experience :
10+ years of global talent acquisition experience in IT / Services and RPO, including 5+ years in a leadership or Director role focusing on US and India markets.[2][3][4]Proven track record executing complex, multinational hiring projects and building recruitment capacity for high-growth environments.[3][4]Deep expertise in global recruitment technology (ATS / CRM), international sourcing, stakeholder management, and RPO delivery.[5][4]Strong communication, organizational leadership, and client-facing presentation skills.[4][3]Experience reporting on and delivering metrics (time-to-fill, cost per hire, retention, diversity), with a strategic approach to continuous improvement.[2][4]Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.Significant P&L, vendor management, and external stakeholder experience.Exposure to recruiting for US time zones and transforming recruitment operations for scale.What We Offer :
