Role Purpose : The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting targets and managing the sales team in the region. The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of Orient Electric add the highest value to its business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensuring that all stores in the assigned area operate efficiently, adhere to company standards, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Monitoring sales figures, setting goals, and working to achieve sellout targets.
• Recruiting, hiring, and training new ISP, evaluating performance, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and improving the overall customer experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams of store managers and employees.
• Willingness to travel frequently to visit different locations within their designated area.

Required Skills / Qualifications :

Work Environment / Location : This role is based in Secunderabad and is not remote. The Area Manager will be expected to frequently travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend conferences, and visit retail outlets.
