Experience : 5-7 years in investment banking, corporate advisory, or PE / VC transactions

Qualification : MBA Finance (Mandatory)

Location : Bangalore

CTC : 12 to 13 LPA

Role Overview :

As an Investment Banking Associate, your primary responsibility will be to engage and convince investors to invest in early revenue-stage startups in India. Our investment bankers play a pivotal role in building investor relationships, presenting curated by creddinv. you will work closely with founding team members to communicate startup investment opportunities, manage investor relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Investor Relationship Management

• Approach and engage HNIs / UHNIs leads provided by the marketing team, for curated startup investment opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of the curated startups and communicate their growth potential, business model, and investment rationale effectively.
• Maintain and strengthen investor relationships through regular communication, reporting, and follow-ups.
