About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Functional Lead to join a dynamic implementation team supporting a U.S.-based retail client. This role requires working India night hours (aligned with U.S. Pacific Standard Time), ensuring full collaboration with the California-based team.

As the OTC Lead, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of SAP S / 4HANA Retail solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to drive end-to-end OTC process design, configuration, and support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead functional design and implementation of the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within S / 4HANA Retail.
  • Engage with business users, solution architects, and developers in the U.S. to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment.
  • Conduct configuration, testing, training, and documentation for SAP SD / OTC modules.
  • Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams to support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and EWM.
  • Identify and resolve functional and integration issues during the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in cutover planning, data validation, and post-go-live support.
  • Work during California business hours (10 : 30 PM – 6 : 30 AM IST) .

Required Qualifications :

  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD / OTC Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S / 4HANA Retail is a must.
  • Proven track record in leading SAP OTC process implementations in large-scale environments.
  • Excellent understanding of pricing, order management, invoicing, delivery, and billing processes.
  • Experience with integration touchpoints across procurement, inventory, and finance modules.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with U.S.-based business and IT stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a night shift with limited supervision.

    • Nice to Have :

  • U.S. client-facing experience.
  • Exposure to global retail or ecommerce environments.

    • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
