Key Responsibilities :
- Proficient in Pega platform features such as PRPC , Case Management , Decision Management , and Integrations
- Expertise in implementing best practices in Pega architecture , design , and coding standards
- Hands-on experience with Job Schedulers , Queue Processors , and File Listeners
- Strong skills in Oracle SQL
- Experience with AWS / Azure cloud platforms is a plus
- Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global delivery model (offshore / onshore)
- Apply Agile methodology effectively in development cycles
- Mentor and coach junior developers
- Ensure solutions meet business needs, technical requirements, and quality standards
- Participate in the identification and implementation of reusable assets and coding standards
- Collaborate with onshore stakeholders and business teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Understanding of application architecture and commitment to innovation and process improvement
