Job Overview :

UniHawk is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Admissions Counselor to join our Delhi, India team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students and families through the admissions process, providing academic and career counseling, and ensuring a smooth and engaging student journey. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and meetings to understand academic goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Guide students through the complete admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international university admissions processes (UCAS, Common App, OUAC, etc.).
• Coordinate with the counseling, test prep, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct presentations, workshops, and information sessions for students and parents.
• Support documentation and application review for eligibility, completeness, and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate reports for management.
• Assist in organizing events, school visits, and fairs to promote UniHawk’s programs.
• Provide timely follow-ups and ensure conversion targets are met.
