User Experience Designer

Description

We are looking for a skilled User Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UI / UX design and evaluation, with a strong understanding of human-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create new Stitch projects to evaluate AI-generated designs.
  • Select the correct device mode (Mobile / Desktop) and design mode (Standard / Experimental).
  • Evaluate design screenshots and provide a holistic rating ( POSITIVE or NEGATIVE ) with a brief rationale.
  • Assess Visual Appeal, Coherence, Prompt Adherence, Layout & Usability, and Functionality.
  • Paste the Stitch project URL and complete required spreadsheet fields.
  • Do not evaluate the Stitch tool / brand or generation process itself.
  • If generation fails, mark App Errors = Yes and capture the error text.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
  • Expertise in UI / UX design and evaluation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with design tools and software.
