JOB PURPOSE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accomplishes maintenance human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;
• communicating job expectations;
• planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions;
• planning and reviewing compensation actions;
