Position- Exam Coordinator

Location – Kiwale – Pune

Experience – 2 to 5 Years of experience into academic background

Education – Graduate or Post Graduate with First class

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily with Exam Centre's and SSPU IT Department for exam paper and result synchronization.
• Ensure timely synchronization and declaration of exam papers and results, addressing technical issues if they occur.
• Identify AICTE-approved colleges and institutes for new exam center's based on student demand.
• Ensure compliance with exam policies, discipline, and result synchronization with exam center's.
• Verify exam attendance sheets against invoices and conduct annual flying squad inspections.
• Manage project report entry, education verification, and processing of certificates, mark lists, and SRFs (e.G., transcripts, duplicate certificates).
• Handle exam invigilation, preparation of exam ledgers, and communication with students regarding program completion and exam submissions.
• Manage re-registration requests and PR activities for students regarding course completion and validity.
• Conduct daily online counseling sessions and manage activities related to ISO, induction programs, and invigilation.
• Maintain effective communication within the department and support revenue target achievement.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
