E-Commerce Manager (Work From Home) – Amazon & Flipkart Operations

We are looking for a highly tech-savvy, reliable, detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to run the full backend operations of our Amazon & Flipkart reseller business. This is a hands-on role where you will manage listings, stock, logistics, operations, reporting, and day-to-day coordination.If you’re someone who can own the entire e-commerce workflow end-to-end , this role is for you.Key Responsibilities Manage Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central (listings, orders, reports, reimbursements, returns analysis)Track stock, suggest re-orders, coordinate purchase planningHandle end-to-end logistics from brand → 3PL warehouseCoordinate daily with 3PL (inbounds, outbounds, status updates, issues, TAT tracking)Telecalling & confirmation for Shopify ordersMaintain & update Google Sheets dashboards + CRMAnalyse sales reports, identify fast-moving SKUs, high-return SKUs, and operational gapsAccess email & manage all communications with brands, QuickShift, and internal teamsSend accounting reports, GST docs, and marketplace financials to our accountantMaintain operational discipline across all backend tasksAct as the single point of contact for the entire e-commerce backendRequirements Strong experience with Amazon & Flipkart Seller CentralExcellent with Excel & Google SheetsHighly tech-savvy (Google Sheets, email management)Strong follow-up skills & operational disciplineGood communication & reliabilityAbility to work independently from home and manage everything end-to-endExperience in e-commerce operations is mandatory
