Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist (Junior and Senior roles) located in Rupnagar. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, administer employee benefits, and oversee personnel management. The role will act as a vital link between employees and management to ensure seamless communication and promote a supportive workplace environment.

Qualifications

Proficient in HR Management and HR Policies development through modern methods and IT tools.

Familiary with Zoho Recruit or similar HR software.

Previous experience in the agriculture or education sector is a plus.
