We Are Hiring : Assistant Manager for a Reputed NBFC
Location : Kadri (Mangalore), Kalidsa Road (Mysore), Koramangala (Bangalore)
About the Role :
Join a reputed NBFC as an Assistant Manager and play a key role in branch operations, sales, and client servicing. You will support the Branch Manager in achieving business targets, driving client acquisition, and ensuring smooth branch functioning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing daily branch operations and support achievement of sales and business targets
- Actively participate in acquiring new clients and cross-selling financial and forex products
- Coordinate with teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Help in onboarding customers and resolving queries to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain records, support reporting, and assist in branch financial management
- Support team leadership and training initiatives to boost branch productivity
