Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented  Graphic Designer  to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual content across digital, print, and merchandise platforms. From Instagram reels to campaign collaterals to t-shirt graphics — your visuals will shape how Eszett looks, feels, and inspires.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create compelling designs for marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, and website banners.
  • Develop artwork for apparel graphics, labels, packaging, and promotional merchandise.
  • Translate brand guidelines into fresh visual language across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams.
  • Stay ahead of trends in fashion, youth culture, design, and pop culture to keep Eszett’s aesthetic sharp and relevant.
  • Ensure consistency of brand visuals and quality across all assets.
  • Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or youth-centric brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design for digital, print, and apparel.
  • Understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Passion for streetwear, youth trends, and pop culture.
  • A self-starter with a collaborative attitude and creative problem-solving mindset.

    • Bonus if you have :

  • Experience in UI / UX design or motion graphics.
  • Interest in photography, styling, or visual content creation.
  • Knowledge of print production and garment design processes.
