Job description

We are looking to hire for a Head of Tech and Analytics for our Group level tech initiatives. Responsibilities include :

Tech Implementation - Delivery

  • Oversee technology implementation - design, development, and maintenance of technology platforms, including CRM, ATS, databases, and workflow automation tools.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of digital infrastructure and systems being implemented for internal and external customers.
  • Make foundational decisions on platforms, tools, and system architectures supporting recruitment operations
  • Own delivery for technology advisory and implementation led projects, guiding and leading a team of consultants & developers to achieve agreed upon activities, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Develop technology and analytics advisory service offerings that can be packaged in with wider advisory programs and that enable others in the organization to generate leads and opportunities more easily for technology advisory projects.

Technology Partnerships & Innovation :

  • Oversee selection, integration, and optimization of third-party recruitment, HR, and analytics platforms. Lead design and development of recruitment software and digital products that enhance client and candidate experience.
  • Coordinate POC / MVP developments, feature enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Oversee R&D initiatives and identify technology trends relevant to recruitment consulting
  • Technology Vision and Strategy :

  • Define & implement a comprehensive tech roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging recruitment technologies to drive digital transformation for customers.
  • Co-create (in partnership with CXOs) and effectively communicate the team's strategic vision, growth, and people strategy. Actively contribute to and support the overall company strategy.
  • Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead hiring efforts to identify and hire suitable technology candidates
  • Recruit, manage and mentor engineering and IT & technical and functional consulting teams, fostering innovation and high performance.
  • Oversee skill development, performance reviews, and engineering best practices
  • Process Optimization & Support :

  • Lead process automation initiatives and workflow improvements using third-party technology tools.
  • Support consulting teams with technical expertise in implementing and troubleshooting external solutions.
  • Data Security, Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure all third-party platforms comply with data protection and recruitment industry regulations.
  • Monitor system security, data privacy, and business continuity measures across all digital operations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Training :

  • Act as technology advisor for leadership and consulting teams, representing tech strategy to key stakeholders and clients.
  • Lead technology adoption initiatives and training programs, ensuring staff use systems effectively.
  • Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage technology budgets, vendor spend, and ensure cost-effective deployment of digital solutions.
  • Optimize allocation of IT resources for maximum efficiency, partnering with finance and operations teams.
