Quality Analyst (Central QA)

The Quality Analyst role focuses on transforming quality data into meaningful insights, strengthening product reliability, and driving system improvements across all manufacturing plants.

What You’ll Do

• Consolidate and standardise quality data from all plants for key processes.
• Analyse warranty data, field failures, and customer complaints to identify root causes and recurring failure modes.
• Build dashboards and reports in Excel or Power BI to track product and process quality.
• Correlate process deviations with performance issues.
• Support APQP, PPAP, and FMEA documentation through structured data insights.
• Present trend reports and reliability summaries to management for decision making.
• Collaborate with QA, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to drive corrective actions and monitor closure.
