Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior OUAF Developer with 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation and customization of Oracle products such as CC&B, C2M, and Oracle MDM within framework guidelines. The role involves collaborating with onsite teams, business users, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the implementation of Oracle Utilities products ( CC&B, C2M, Oracle MDM ) within framework guidelines.
Work closely with onsite teams, business users, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide functional expertise in areas such as Customer Setup, Rates, Billing, Payments & Collections, Asset Management, and Measurement Usage Processing .
Design and develop solutions using CCB / C2M technical architecture, framework methods, Web Application Server, Business Application Server, and Database Server .
Execute full-cycle implementation projects for CC&B.
Develop and optimize OUAF components including Batch Programs, Business Services, Plugin-Driven Algorithms, Batch Processes, Maintenance Objects, and Business Object Processing .
Implement complex 4GL scripting (Service Scripts, BPA Scripts, Plugin Scripts) and utilize Config tools, UI Maps, and Zones .
Integrate Oracle Utilities applications with various systems using XAI / IWS (Inbound Web Service), File Transfers, REST / XML .
Write and optimize complex SQL queries within ORMB / CCB / C2M data models .

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5-10 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

Strong expertise in CC&B, C2M, Oracle MDM implementation.

Hands-on experience with OUAF components such as Batch Programs, Business Services, Plugin-Driven Algorithms, and Maintenance Objects .

Proficiency in 4GL scripting (Service Scripts, BPA Scripts, Plugin Scripts).

Experience in integration technologies (XAI / IWS, REST / XML, File Transfers).

Strong SQL skills with ORMB / CCB / C2M data models .

Knowledge of technical architecture, framework methods, and server configurations .

Personal Skills :

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills .

Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment .

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .

Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies .

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation project in CC&B.

Functional exposure to Customer Setup, Rates, Billing, Payments & Collections, Asset Management, and Measurement Usage Processing .
