Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Operations Manager to join our Ahmedabad office on a full-time basis. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth through effective management of daily operations, strategic business planning, budget oversight, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will blend operational excellence with a strong sales and business development acumen to identify new opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage day-to-day business development operations ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication across departments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor business strategies to achieve growth targets and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation to optimize operational costs and maximize ROI.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities and market gaps.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to nurture client relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management outlining operational performance, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance business development workflows.
• Facilitate training and mentoring programs to improve team capabilities and productivity.
