SAP FICO TRM Consultant (Remote, India)

Location : Remote, India

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SAP FICO TRM Consultant to join our team for a remote project. The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of robust experience in SAP FICO, with a strong emphasis on Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and Funds Management (FM). This role requires deep functional expertise in S / 4HANA, Central Finance, and a comprehensive understanding of various FICO sub-modules. You will be instrumental in driving full-cycle implementations, leveraging your client-facing skills and adherence to the SAP Activate methodology to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP FICO & S / 4HANA Expertise :

Provide expert consulting services in SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Costing (Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Material Ledger (ML).
Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA functionalities, including Central Finance implementations.
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) modules, covering areas such as Cash Management, Debt Management, Investment Management,
Configure and optimize TRM processes, including deal capture, valuation, settlement, and reporting.
Provide expert guidance and hands-on configuration for SAP Funds Management (FM), including budget management, commitment control, and integration with other financial modules.

Cross-Functional Integration :

Ensure seamless integration of FICO and TRM processes with other SAP modules, particularly SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues and optimize end-to-end business processes.

Full-Cycle Implementations & Client Engagement :

Lead or actively participate in at least 5 full-cycle SAP FICO / TRM implementations, from blueprinting and design to configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Leverage strong client-facing skills to gather requirements, conduct workshops, present solutions, and manage client expectations effectively.

Adhere to the SAP Activate methodology throughout project phases.

Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SAP FICO and TRM landscape.

Create detailed functional specifications, test plans, and end-user documentation.

Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate effectively with remote teams and work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements :

Work Experience : 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in SAP FICO consulting, with a significant focus on SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and Funds Management (FM).

SAP FICO & S / 4HANA : In-depth functional knowledge and hands-on configuration experience across core SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Costing, CO-PA, ML) and strong understanding of SAP S / 4HANA capabilities, including Central Finance.

TRM & FM Expertise : Proven expertise in implementing and configuring SAP TRM (Cash Management, Debt, Investment, FX, Derivatives) and SAP Funds Management (FM).

Implementation Experience : Minimum of 5 full-cycle SAP implementation projects completed successfully.

Client-Facing : Demonstrated strong client-facing experience, including requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.

Methodology : Familiarity and practical experience with the SAP Activate methodology.

Integration Knowledge : Understanding of integration points between FICO / TRM and other key SAP modules (SD, MM).

Communication : Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Remote Work : Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a remote environment.
