Job Summary :
We are looking for a responsible, well-organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, presentable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other office documentation as required.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment.
- Support Team and accounting departments with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, etc.).
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements :
Education : Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience : 0-1 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.Language : Hindi (Mandatory), Tamil, EnglishSkills :Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.Pleasant personality and professional appearance.Preferred Qualities :
