Sales & Business Development Executive – High-Ticket Products (₹1 Lakh+)

Location : Janakpuri, New Delhi

Work Mode : Work from Office only

Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 / month + Uncapped Incentives (Top performers earn up to 3x their salary)

We are an established education company founded by Mr. Arviend Sud, specializing in Numerology and Vastu, with a dedicated student base of over 35,000 learners. As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team.

Important Note :

We are only considering candidates with proven, core sales experience. Our course ticket sizes start from ₹1,00,000, so this is a serious consultative sales role that requires maturity, confidence, and a results-driven mindset. Please do not apply if you lack relevant telesales or high-ticket sales experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Call and follow up with potential leads generated through marketing and interest forms
• Explain our offerings clearly and close high-ticket course enrollments
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right training solution
• Maintain proper records through CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
• Work with monthly targets and consistently achieve or exceed them
• Communicate fluently in English and manage objections smartly
