Job description :

Candidate should have experiece of PMC.

• Pre- contract

Review & validation of BOQ

Pre-qualification of contractors & Tender package

Preparing comparative statement

Negotiation with contractors

Design Review

Review of shop drawings

Co-ordination of Drawings

Checking of material specs as per contract

Monitoring time-line

Monitoring quality of works

Resolving site based issue with contractors

Monitoring adherence to safety

Validation of work done bills

Reconciliation of client supplied material

Review of extra item drims

Requirements

Ø B. Tech in Electrical Engineering with 5 years' experience in MEP works

Ø Experience of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & Firefighting systems will be given preference

Ø Good exposure to SOP & Quality Control of all MEP packages

Ø Candidate should have delivered at least 2 residential project as Electrical engineer

Ø Excellent communication skill & presentation

Ø Candidate should be efficient in MS office
