Our mission is to help millions of people live healthier, more mindful, and more balanced lives — powered by technology, compassion, and science.We’re building next-generation AI-driven wellness solutions — from intelligent conversational systems to personalized coaching experiences — and we’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who’s ready to push the boundaries of what AI can do for humanity.What You’ll DoAs a Senior AI Engineer , you’ll lead the design and deployment of Generative AI and LLM-based applications that make wellness more personal, intelligent, and accessible.You’ll research, architect, and productionize cutting-edge systems — working at the intersection of deep learning, language modeling, and scalable backend engineering.Core ResponsibilitiesResearch & Experimentation : Stay at the frontier of GenAI , LLMs , and agentic systems . Explore and extend frameworks like LangGraph , adaptive RAG , and NL2SQL , and integrate long-term memory tools such as Mem0 or graph-based memory layers to sustain context and coherence across user interactions.End-to-End Engineering : Design, build, and deploy AI applications using FastAPI , Python , Vector Databases , and modern ML stacks.System Ownership : Manage the full ML lifecycle — from data pipelines and model training to evaluation, monitoring, and scaling.Collaboration : Work closely with product, design, and customer teams to deliver impactful, AI-enhanced experiences .Communication : Translate complex AI concepts into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.What We’re Looking ForExperience3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning , LLMs , or Generative AI .Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments .Strong understanding of ML architectures , data structures , and system design .⚙️ Technical SkillsLanguages & Frameworks : Python (expert), PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAXGenAI Stack : LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, AI Agents, NL2SQL, MCPBackend & Infra : FastAPI, Node.js, MongoDB, Vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone)MLOps & Productivity : CI / CD, containerization, and AI IDEs like CursorEducationBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related fieldPh.D. or equivalent research experience in AI / ML / NLP is a plusSoft SkillsExcellent communication and storytelling — able to translate AI into business impact.Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.Self-starter with a passion for innovation, wellness, and human-centered technology.Why Join Wellness CoachBuild real-world AI that improves people’s livesCollaborate with a global, mission-driven team♂️ Work in a culture that values balance, creativity, and growthAccess to top-tier AI infrastructure and mentorshipCompetitive compensation and flexible work environment
