Purpose of the role :
The Head - Client Solutions is a key leadership role responsible for driving business growth through strategic client acquisition, retention, and relationship management. This role focuses on developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
Strategy Formulation :
Focusing on creating and implementing innovative approaches to drive client satisfaction, business growth, and market leadership. Key components include :Develop tailored solutions that align with client needs and organizational objectives.Design and execute strategies to identify and acquire new clients, while retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities by leveraging client relationships across regions and service offerings.Position the company as a leader in the industry by capitalizing on emerging workplace trends and offering innovative solutions.Lead cross-functional teams to align client solutions with design, delivery, and operational goals.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine strategies and improve outcomes.Client Relationship Management :
Collaborate closely with client solutions teams and business leaders across APAC region to ensure a seamless client experience by implementing and maintaining client service best practices and procedures.Proactively manage client expectations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by identifying potential issues and implementing timely corrective measures.Leverage regional relationships to identify cross-selling opportunities, fostering collaboration across regions for mutual benefit.Business Operations :
You will present and demonstrate our value proposition to both existing and potential clients, offering tailored business and workplace solutions.You will meet financial objectives set by the organization, achieving both individual and team sales targets.You will work closely with studio design heads on ongoing projects and new pitches, enhancing our brand positioning and design capabilities to secure business in the region.You will stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors, identifying emerging workplace trends and potential partnerships to drive growth .The Profile
What we are looking for :
You have a degree / experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management, with significant experience in corporate interior projects and at least 15 years in B2B business development within the workplace industry.You are a distinguished professional in the regional workplace industry, with a well-established network and strong connections within the field.You need to have a proven track record of consistently achieving financial targets.You are deeply passionate about driving forward innovative, industry-leading concepts in workplace design and execution, staying informed about emerging trends and competitive dynamics.With exceptional communication skills, you excel at building trust and fostering collaborative relationships both internally and externally.You thrive in ambiguity, demonstrating high learning agility and strong problem-solving abilities.Your enthusiasm for the future of workspaces is matched by your persistence and perseverance to deliver the best solutions for customers.You will be committed to uphold Space Matrix's core values of Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence.The Employer
