Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Leading and managing SAP AMS team comprising of consulting and client resources at different business units and sites.

Identifying, defining, and delivering in parallel complex programs and projects / enhancements in a matrix environment.

Handling SAP daily activities, including but not limited to resolving day-to-day system interface, maintenance, user requests and enquiries from accounting and system perspective.

Translating business objectives and requirements into system design that can be supported by SAP.

Leading and supporting SAP Finance pursuits and practice development initiatives.

Must have Expert knowledge in Accounts receivables, Integration of SD with FI module, Billing process / Intercompany sales process.

Expert knowledge in Bank accounting area, House bank and bank accounts set up, EBS and Lockbox.

Strong knowledge in IHC and BCM processes, FSCM modules, Collections and Credit management.

Exposure to country specific solutions for taxation and SAP solutions with regards to downstreams and upsteams, batch jobs and interfaces.

Good-to-Have Worked on SFin Projects 2. Good knowledge E invoiceing / GST taxation

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Leading and Managing a team of around 15 Members. 2 Interact with customer get requirements and implementation. 3 Should handle WRICEF objects including Custom transactions , Interfaces 4 Should have good problem solving skills and Analytical skills.
