About the Organization
Sri Akhil Bharatvarsiya Sadhumargi Jain Sangh, headquartered in Bikaner (Rajasthan), is a renowned Jain community organization working across India to promote spiritual upliftment, education, social welfare, and community harmony. The Sangh is establishing Zonal Offices to manage zonal programs and coordinate community initiatives under the guidance of the Central Office, Bikaner.
The Bikaner Head Office is seeking a dynamic and responsible Zonal Manager to lead the Delhi Zonal Office, ensuring efficient administration, event coordination, and alignment with Sangh values.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Delhi Zonal Office and ensure adherence to organizational procedures.
- Coordinate between zonal committees, volunteers, and the Bikaner Head Office for planning and reporting.
- Manage budgeting, accounting, and expenditure tracking under the supervision of the Treasurer.
- Plan and execute major programs – religious functions, welfare activities, youth events, and community service initiatives.
- Maintain digital records of members, donations, and activities using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Handle official communication (telephone, letters, emails, and WhatsApp groups).
- Supervise staff and volunteers, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and transparency in operations.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress and financial reports to the Head Office, Bikaner.
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification : MBA (preferably in Management / Administration / Non-profit Management).Experience : 2 – 5 years in administration, operations, NGO management, or office coordination.Computer Knowledge : Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, basic accounting software, and Tally for accounting.Languages : Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.Preferred Attributes
