• Must-Have :
• Professional Experience :
• years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on building and maintaining mission-critical backend systems.
• .NET / C# Expertise :
• Expert-level knowledge of the .NET ecosystem (including .NET Core / .NET 5+) and the C# language.
• Architectural Leadership :
• Proven experience designing and building complex, distributed systems and microservices architectures from the ground up.
• Rapid Domain Adaptability :
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate complex domains (e.G., finance, compliance, logistics) and apply technical expertise to solve novel business problems, even without direct prior experience in that industry.
• API Development :
• Extensive experience in designing, building, and securing high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Database Proficiency :
• Strong proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), including data modeling, query optimization, and experience with ORMs like Entity Framework Core.
