Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to create and implement a structured documentation framework within Confluence for our network across multiple sites. The primary focus is to establish templates and organization for as-built diagrams, contact information, runbooks, and design guidelines. The resulting setup should be intuitive, easy to navigate, and seamlessly integrate into our standard build process. This role involves working closely with the network team to gather existing data, convert designs into standardized templates, and train the team on maintaining and expanding the documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop a structured conventions framework for documenting network details in Confluence, including site-specific as-built diagrams, contacts, and network configurations.
• Create standardized templates for site documentation, runbooks, and design guidelines to ensure consistency and ease of access.
• Convert existing network design data into Lucid templates aligned with the new structure.
• Collaborate with the network team to gather data, understand site-specific details, and accurately represent the current network state.
• Pilot the documentation process on a subset of sites, serving as an example and training model for the team to follow for remaining and new sites.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the new documentation structure.
