Responsibilities and Duties :
- Perform day to day CRM related activities, including verifying, validating, and cleansing of the data
- Responsible for maintaining and administering the clients and contacts records within the CRM and other databases
- Perform basic secondary research from Google, LinkedIn, and a number of online databases provided by the client to validate and retrieve correct details of the client contacts and accurately update on CRM
- Working on various reports and ad-hoc tasks as and when required or as per the schedule assigned
- Responsible for responding client e-mails, calls and meet all assigned SLA’s
- Actively participate in the team meetings, company offered training, development programs and other initiatives taken by the company
Required Skills / Abilities :
Basic research & analytical skills and understanding of general research methodologyAdvance level skills in using Microsoft Office suite of products for word processing, spreadsheet and databaseExcellent verbal and written English language communication skillsAttention to detail and demonstrable ability to work to a high degree of accuracyPunctual and time-sensitiveAble to work under pressure to meet the deadlinesFlexible, able to multi-task, and work on multiple activities at onceWillingness to work on the rotating shifts (including weekend shifts)Education and Experience :
Graduate or equivalent preferredPrevious experience with contact database management and online research (Internet and online databases) is preferred1-2 years of previous office experience is preferred
