This full-time, mid-level position requires expertise in accounting software and financial analysis to manage our growing financial operations effectively. The Account Officer will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and supporting the organizations educational mission through sound financial practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software is required for managing and maintaining accurate financial records efficiently.
• Experience with QuickBooks is essential to handle accounting tasks, ensuring all records align with organizational standards.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and complex formulas, are essential for financial reporting.
• Prior experience in financial analysis to evaluate the organization's financial performance and develop insightful financial strategies.
• Required understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes to manage and streamline financial transactions.
• Must be familiar with tax compliance regulations to ensure that all tax-related tasks are handled accurately and timely.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP for integrating core business processes and managing financial operations with greater efficiency.
