SAP Basis Administrator

About the Job : Your Role :

This is an SAP Basis Administration role that requires working on a 24 / 7 rotational shift, including night (third) shifts. The position involves performing SAP Basis administrative tasks and managing both Oracle and HANA databases to ensure system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform daily monitoring of SAP systems to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
• Carry out housekeeping activities to maintain overall system health.
• Execute kernel upgrades and system restarts as required.
• Implement Support Package (SP) upgrades and system patches.
• Perform system refresh procedures, including backup, restore, and recovery operations.
• Manage Oracle or SAP HANA database administration tasks.
• Conduct event monitoring and system monitoring using SAP tools and dashboards.
• Handle incident management processes to resolve issues efficiently.
• Participate in change management activities, ensuring proper coordination and documentation.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams on planned maintenance or system changes.

Your Profile :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator who is comfortable working in a 24x7 shift environment, including night shifts, and has strong technical expertise in SAP administration, database management, and system monitoring.
