About Us :

ROAS Digital is an innovative digital marketing agency that specializes in paid media, SEO, CRO, and creative services. As a Google Partner, we work with global brands to deliver high-performance campaigns. We're expanding our team and seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team. If you are passionate about paid media and are ready to make an impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and more.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, CTR, CPL, and overall campaign ROI.
Work closely with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure that campaigns align with business goals and target the right audiences.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to ensure cost efficiency while meeting performance targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media to maintain a competitive advantage.
Execute A / B tests, optimize ad creatives, and refine targeting to maximize results.
Deliver regular reports on campaign performance to clients and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements :

At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.

Proven ability to drive ROI and optimize paid media campaigns for performance.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tracking tools.

Understanding of SEO and how it integrates with paid media is an advantage.

Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
