Own key metrics like Category Contribution %, Gross Margin, Sell-through.

Supervise and monitor the reorder levels for overall inventory.

Defining SOPs of various functions like customer returns, packaging, TAT for delivery etc. by coordinating with the vendors and respective cross functional teams.

Outline quality check parameters and keep in line with Legal Metrology regulations.

Structure New Products launches and trainings.
